Bill would allow Sunday morning retail sales

BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) — A state lawmaker from Fargo wants to change a North Dakota law that prevents retail stores from opening before noon on Sunday.

Democratic Rep. Pam Anderson tells KFGO (http://bit.ly/2j7vPZp ) surrounding states don't have a similar prohibition and since you can shop on the internet around the clock, the brick and mortar retailers are at a disadvantage....
